1992 The company becomes a road company and expands its vehicle fleet;
1997 Project starts to move the main production site;
1999 The company moves permanently to the new headquarters in Loc. Candiracci, Cagli;
We are at the beginning of the 90s and various events took place in the history of the company in that decade.
From the flourishing period, from the great boom in construction and sales of building materials, in the early nineties the company lived the first period of deflection in its history.
The business continued to thrive but was at a crucial turning point. There were two options: stop and remain the family business or keep growing to meet the new market needs.
Thanks to the right business choices, including the new road-construction branch unit and the expansion of its vehicle fleet, from the second half of the 90s the company began a real climb to the top. From the small family business built around the owners’ houses, a much larger project was launched with aiming to transform the company and make it more suitable to the new industrial structure.
A new industrial area was built in Cagli, in a place where until then only grass and cultivated fields could be found. Within a few years, dozens and dozens of warehouses and other businesses were born, belonging to companies that, like us, were willing to adapt their headquarters and meet the growing demand.
The new plant of the company in Loc. Candiracci, in Cagli, is still the headquarter of Rockolors srl, where the offices and most of the production plants are located.
