As part of the construction site for the new roundabout at Porta Garibaldi in San Giovanni in Persiceto (BO), the realization of traffic islands was planned at the intersection of via Cento and the ring road Dante.

To contribute with a touch of color and at the same time maintain the historical link with the surrounding environment, the area was covered with round pebbles in the delicate tones of Rosso Verona, laid with the loose stone technique.
