CALCESTRE

The Calcestre technique consists of stabilized gravel, a quarry material characterised by a typical white color and excellent resistance, available in different mixes of sizes.

Primarily used in rural areas to create driveways with reduced environmental impact, Calcestre is an economical and simple solution: the material is laid with a paver, moistened with water and compacted with a special roller.

To ensure greater stability and durability, it is possible to use additional binders: an example is the Mixed Cement solution, obtained by mixing stabilized material and concrete.
